The Curlewis Project in Bondi Beach involved major alterations and uplifting to an existing mixed-use building. The building contained two externally accessed shops and 10 units.

The alterations included; removal of external stairs, modifications to windows / doors and cladding externally and major internal reconfigurations and renovations.
