This project was a new residential dwelling on a vacant lot. The house was strategically designed to capture the sweeping views of the Derwent River and the city in the distance whilst being orientated to capture the sun and protect from the cool sea breeze.

 

The aesthetic of the design is contemporary and includes a mix of claddings in black timber and white finishes with a preference of featured cantilevered elements.
