Working in a design and construct contract, the Baker Street Studios project saw the conversion of an industrial warehouse into a commercial photography studio.

 

The vision: to be a series of large, flexible spaces that would be filled with natural light but not attract glare from direct sunlight. 

 

The solution: install new sections of composite polycarbonate cladding to allow for the natural light to flow through and diffuse the glare on the way through. Coupled with bright whites within, the studio spaces contrast the industrial sheik connection and breakout spaces.
